What is Pattern’s Guarantee?
We guarantee your 100% complete satisfaction on all of Pattern’s body washes that are purchased on our website and at regular price.* For this guarantee to be honored by us, you must return these products within 30 days from date of purchase. Our full sized trial kit is included in this 100% Guarantee.

To schedule a return, you must request a return authorization for a refund to be processed. You may contact service@PatternBodyWash.com.

*Due to the discount that is given on autoship orders, Pattern’s Guarantee does not apply to autoship purchases. It seems reasonable to us that if you are buying on autoship that you are satisfied with the product and that is why you have chosen to purchase a replacement bottle every month. For this reason, we will not refund these purchases.

What are the terms of the 100% Guarantee?
• Refunds are good for product purchased within 30 days of the date of purchase.
• Customers must request a return authorization for their refund to be processed. You may contact service@PatternBodyWash.com.
• Refunds shall include the entire customer cost, less shipping and handling of products purchased through www.patternbodywash.com.
• This offer is not good for products purchased at retail or through affiliated web sites.
• Guarantee is nullified should the customer accept new product offers or product upgrades.

• Refunds can take up to two weeks to process from the date the package is received by our warehouse.

• You may cancel at anytime, with no cancellation fees.
• Product does not need to be returned for cancellation.
• Cancellation must be given 5 days prior to scheduled shipment date with a confirmation of receipt.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of regularly priced product or our full sized trial kit, please return it to us for a full refund of your purchase price. We do not refund shipping costs.

We recommend that all returns be shipped with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Pattern can not be held accountable for packages lost during the return process. Explain the gift certificate process?
A gift certificate can be found in the store and ordered as you would any product. Simply add a gift certification to your shopping cart, enter the quantity needed, and after check out, we will send you and the recipient a gift certificate code, a custom message and instruction on use.

Upon use, the certificate amount will be deducted from the order amount. If all of the gift certificate is not used, you may go back and use the rest later.

Gift Certificate expires one year after date of purchase.

Product Information

Why do you use one name for your products when they are blends?
We name our body wash with one name to make it simple, yet technically they are essential oils and plant extracts blends. All of the oils and extracts used in our blends are listed on the label. The exact individual percentage of a specific oil or extract is confidential. We believe that these combinations bring out the best qualities of each specific oil or extract and also make the best fragrances.

What is your policy on recycling?
Our bottles are HDPE #2 and may be recycled with similar plastics. We are trying to find a similar 80% post consumer waste bottle. If you know a supplier, let us know at info@PatternBodyWash.com

Why don’t you use organic ingredients?
In beauty products, there is a lot of misunderstanding on the meaning of organic. While in foods, the term organic is highly regulated, in beauty there is much less regulation and standards. These are only some of the issues that concern us.

We believe that the organic movement is honorable, and we will use organic ingredients in our products whenever possible and when we can be confident that it means something significant. We do not claim organic ingredients in our products.

You can always expect our products to use all natural ingredients, gentle cleansers, essential oils and plant extracts, and no artificial chemicals, colors or dyes.

Ingredients Glossary
Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Extract - An extract that hydrates and nourishes skin and hair.

Ammonium Laureth Sulfate - A gentle surfactant.

Chamomilla Recutita - A soothing extract herb with antioxidant properties.

Chlorphenesin - An alcohol used as a preservative in cosmetics. When chlorphenesin is combined with other preservative actives, overall performance is boosted.

Cocamidopropyl Betaine - Used in cleansers, shampoos, bubble baths and liquid hand soaps to provide good foaming and foam liquid stabilization with excellent wetting properties. Compatible with anionic, cationic, and nonionic surfactants.

Decyl Glucoside - An extract from corn with exceptional foaming power. Non-toxic, Non-irritating and will not block the pores.

Dimethicone Copolyol - A complex of natural silica that acts as a spreading agent for easy product application and also functions as a moisturizer.

Disodium EDTA - A stabilizer in cosmetic products and is a chelating compound

Geranium Maculatum Extract - An extract know for its astringent properties

Glycerin - Serves as an emollient, humectant, solvent, and lubricant in personal care products.

Glycol Distearate - A form of various alcohols containing two hydroxyl groups. It is a common ingredient in cleansers and shampoos.

Guar Hydroxypropyltrimonium Chloride - Imparts conditioning properties to cleansers, shampoos, body care and after-shampoo hair care products.

Lavandula Angustifolia Extract - Primarily a fragrance ingredient, though it may have antibacterial properties.
This is a naturally derived fragrance and aromatic benefits

PEG-150 Distearate - Thickening agent

PEG-30 Castor Oil - Emulsifier, softener, dispersant, lubricant, solubilizing agent and rewetting agent.

Phenoxyethanol - An organic chemical compound that retards spoilage, whether from microbial growth or undesirable chemical changes.

Saponaria Officinalis Extract - A natural cleansing agent

Simmondsia Chinensis - (Jojoba) Seed Oil An extremely fine, non-greasy and hydrating oil derived from the desert shrub Simondsia Chinesis. Jojoba Seed Oil creates a protective layer of moisture.

Sodium Coco Sulfate - Sodium Coco Sulfate is a naturally derived alternative to Sodium Lauryl Sulfate. It is derived from pure coconut oil.

Tocopheryl Acetate (Vitamin E) - Considered an antioxidant superstar and it’s great for the skin.

Skin type
If your skin is dry, we recommend our moisturizing formulas (Citrus and Cucumber).

If your skin is oily, or to remove sweat and dirt, we recommend our cleansing formulas (Black Pepper and Eucalyptus)

All of our formulations are pH balanced to not strip or dry the skin, Black Pepper and Eucalyptus also offer antiseptic properties.
